We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Rename Pro purchases. Rename Lite is free and is not eligible for refunds.

2. Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:

• The software does not work as described
• You experience technical issues we cannot resolve
• You are not satisfied with the product

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds may not be granted if:

• More than 30 days have passed since purchase
• You violate our Terms of Service or EULA
• You request a refund after extensive use (determined at our discretion)
• Service is discontinued (users receive perpetual access to the unlocked final version with source code — see Section 5)

• Your name and email address used for purchase
• License key
• Reason for refund (optional but helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. Your license key will be deactivated upon refund.

5. Service Discontinuation

In the event that Rename Pro service is discontinued:

• No refunds will be issued for existing licenses
• Users receive perpetual access to the final unlocked version
• The software will be released as open-source on GitHub
• All license restrictions will be permanently removed
• You retain full functionality of the software you purchased

This policy is fair because the value you receive (perpetual, unrestricted access with source code) exceeds the refund amount.
